CMV Shipping provides freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing and related logistics services. All services are subject to a specific quotation and, where applicable, a separate service agreement.

Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Rates may change if actual cargo details, routing, surcharges or regulatory requirements differ from those quoted.

You are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, documentation and declarations. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, penalties or additional charges for which CMV Shipping is not liable.

Our liability is governed by the applicable standard trading conditions and international conventions relevant to each mode of transport. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
